Compensation: $87,068–$109,990 + Continuous Retention Bonus

Sign-On Bonus: $6,000

Our client is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative clinical team dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and complex behavioral needs.

This role is focused on clinical excellence and behavioral programming—not supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). You'll have the opportunity to develop individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and make a measurable impact every day.

What You'll Do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Analyze behavioral data and modify interventions based on client progress
• Conduct assessments in home, community, and clinical settings
• Utilize assessment tools including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, EFLS, and QABF
• Train families and treatment staff on behavior support strategies
• Provide consultation and mentorship to clinical staff
• Lead treatment plan reviews and progress reporting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes
• Ensure services follow ethical, evidence-based ABA practices

• Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field
