At EzCare ABA, we're looking for a passionate Direct Care BCBA who enjoys being in the field, partnering with families, and helping children build meaningful skills through direct, hands‑on ABA therapy.
This is an in‑person direct care role, not a traditional supervision‑focused BCBA position. You'll work directly with clients in home, school, daycare, and community settings, allowing you to see progress unfold in real time and make an immediate impact.
Even better! Our Clinical Assessor handles initial assessments, so you can spend less time managing assessment backlogs and more time focused on treatment, progress, and client outcomes.

Reliable transportation for travel throughout the Arlington, Alexandria & Surrounding areas
Pay Range: $70- $95/hour
Job Type: Part‑Time or Full‑Time
