EzCare ABA, a family-owned ABA provider, is growing and seeking a BCBA to focus on high-quality clinical care within a supportive, collaborative team in Virginia. The role emphasizes manageable caseloads, clinical autonomy, and opportunities to thrive alongside families and clinicians.

This position offers hybrid and part-time options to accommodate flexible schedules. The BCBA will lead treatment planning, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and coordinate with families and multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required and current.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pay Range: $70- $95/hour

• Job Type: Hybrid and Part-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
