Job summary

Clementine ABA in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a part-time basis. You will provide high-quality ABA services under the clinical direction of a Clinical BCBA, collaborating with families and treatment teams to support meaningful outcomes for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Virginia LBA eligibility or licensure prior to start is required.
• Maintain all required certifications and continuing education throughout employment.
• Part-time availability 15–25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor ABA-based intervention programs.
• Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations to show progress.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and staff as assigned.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency.
• Conduct caregiver training and ongoing guidance to support goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and clinical consultations with the Clinical BCBA.
• Ensure services comply with BACB Ethics Code, Virginia regulations, and policies.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $80 - $100/hour

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention programs based on ABA principles.
• Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations to ensure progress toward goals.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other direct-care staff, as assigned.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to promote consistency across environments.
• Conduct caregiver training and provide ongoing guidance to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, including treatment notes, progress reports, and assessment summaries.
• Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and clinical consultations with the Clinical BCBA.
• Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with BACB Ethics Code, Virginia regulations, and organizational policies.

Certification Requirements:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential issued by the Virginia Board of Medicine, or eligibility to obtain Virginia licensure prior to the start of employment.
• Must maintain all required certifications, licensure, and continuing education requirements throughout employment.
