Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Virginia licensure (or ability to obtain) is required.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to help children succeed.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive skills development.
• Coach and guide parents and caregivers.
