Job summary

EzCare ABA in Richmond, VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $75,000-$105,000 with growth opportunities and strong support for clinicians.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification
• Master's Degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for improving the lives of children and families

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming using data-driven decision-making
• Provide parent and caregiver training
• Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain clinical documentation and compliance standards
• Support meaningful outcomes for children and families
