Centerbrite in Fairfax, Virginia is seeking a part-time BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join their growing ABA practice. This role offers flexibility with a starting schedule of 10–20 hours per week and the potential to grow into a full-time position. You will be supported by experienced clinical advisors and a leadership team that emphasizes mentorship.

The compensation ranges from $80 to $110 per hour, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and quarterly performance bonuses. Comprehensive benefits are available from day one, which includes health, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing is mandatory.
• Virginia BCBA licensure is required.
• Experience in managing client caseloads and supervising treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage a client caseload as the clinical standard-bearer.
• Oversee documentation quality and treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity.
