Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume of inbound calls from insureds regarding billing.
• Take payment and billing questions by phone.
• Coordinate with underwriting to resolve billing matters.
• Process payments received by mail, phone, walk-ins and online.
• Process agent sweeps and EFT payments daily.
• Post cash disbursement journals and reconcile batches.
• Assist with other accounting projects as needed.
