Job Summary
The Direct Acquisition Project Manager will play a critical role in driving growth by managing and coordinating all direct acquisition marketing projects from brief to implementation. This role will oversee initiatives across a wide range of channels, including website, SEO/SEM, paid social, paid search, email marketing, and traditional media. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, motivated, and agile project leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for tracking execution and progress across all direct acquisition marketing tasks, ensuring visibility into each channel's status, while keeping cross-functional teams aligned and on track.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

  • Own end-to-end project management across all direct acquisition marketing channels, including with marketing, sales, and technology teams, with a strong focus on tracking individual task execution and high-level reporting.
  • Leverage Monday.com as the primary project management tool. Must be a “power user,” capable of optimizing existing workflows, refining templates, and ensuring team-wide adoption.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project bottlenecks to maintain continuous forward progress.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing strategy, creative, channel owners, technology, and sales, to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Apply both agile and waterfall methodologies as appropriate to the project scope and team dynamics.
  • Ensure all projects align with business goals and brand standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate projects end-to-end across internal and external stakeholders, including agency partners.
  • Facilitate project briefings, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, with a focus on identifying blockers and collaborating on solutions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define project scopes, success metrics, and resource needs.
  • Support the launch and ongoing management of the Halo intake process for specialty segment projects: monitoring requests, ensuring complete intake forms, scheduling discovery sessions, and collaborating with team for timeline planning.

Process Optimization, Organization & Operational Support

  • Establish and maintain efficient workflows, meeting cadences, and documentation practices.
  • Develop and maintain risk mitigation strategies to prevent project stalls.
  • Ensure consistent project management practices across teams, including standardized file storage (Box, OneDrive, Monday) to drive efficiency and accountability.
  • Provide operational support to team, including centralizing, maintaining, and creating all Direct team operational artifacts to improve team productivity
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and throughput.

Technical & Creative Coordination

  • Collaborate with both technical and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Understand and manage content management systems and digital production workflows.
  • Ensure that creative assets and technical requirements are delivered on time and meet project specifications.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or digital environment.
  • Experience with both technical and creative project management.
  • Expert proficiency in Monday.com.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success in removing project barriers and maintaining project momentum in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with content management systems and digital marketing platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Working Conditions:

Professional office environment. Working inside. Standing and sitting. No heavy lifting over 20 lbs.
