Data Integration & Analysis Project Manager – Hospitality Platforms (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, fully remote Project Manager with a strong background in data integration and analysis to support initiatives around the Birchstreet Procure-to-Pay platform within hospitality IT environments. This role is central to ensuring data accuracy, enhancing system interoperability, and supporting cost control operations across hotel procurement and inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee data integration projects related to Birchstreet and adjacent platforms (e.g., POS, ERP, inventory systems).
• Analyze, validate, and map procurement, inventory, and financial data for accurate system alignment and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—IT, finance, and operations—to support clean data flows and reliable analytics.
• Support system configuration and ensure data integrity during migrations and transformations.
• Generate actionable insights and reporting frameworks to help stakeholders drive performance and cost control.
• Identify and document opportunities for process improvement, automation, and data governance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing data-centric projects within the hospitality or procurement domain.
• Strong working knowledge of Birchstreet, Adaco, or similar hospitality procurement systems.
• Demonstrated skill in data mapping, validation, and transformation.
• Understanding of hospitality industry procurement workflows and cost controls.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• PMP or related certification is a plus.
