Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to provide one-to-one ABA services to children with autism, under supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and help clients build meaningful skills.

You may work in home, school, clinic, or community settings. The role requires reliable travel to assigned cases and strict adherence to ethical and accurate documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent; college psychology/education/behavior analysis coursework helpful.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned service locations.
• Ability to work the posted schedule and perform essential functions with/without accommodation.
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete clear, timely session notes.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
