The Director of Pharmacy Services shall be responsible for the direction, management and administration of the Pharmacy Department.
The Director of Pharmacy Services shall be responsible for ensuring personnel adhere to hospital policies, procedures and legal regulations.
The Director of Pharmacy Services participates in an interdisciplinary approach to achieving the vision, philosophy and goals of Henderson County Community Hospital.
Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
The Director of Pharmacy must have a minimum of five years management experience in a hospital environment.

Current Tennessee Controlled Substance Qualification Endorsement
The position requires sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting and lifting. The Director must be able to see with corrective eye wear. The Director must be able to ear clearly with assistance. The Director may be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases and may be in contact with patients under a wide variety of circumstances. The Director must be able to handle emergency or crisis situations. The Director may be occasionally subject to irregular hours. The Director may be required to wear protective equipment as necessary.
