The successful candidate will coordinate with directors, maintain inventory, and support timely deliveries while adhering to safety and HIPAA policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• One year experience in a hospital or medically related environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with department directors to assist with planning/forecasting the department’s needs.
• Maintains optimum inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries to meet department requirements.
• Ensures the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for patient care.
• Oversees the supply & delivery of materials.
• Unboxes deliveries/stocks departments with supplies.
• Receives items in Purchase orders and stock.
• Checks in supplies in a timely manner.
• Performs duties with little or no supervision.
