Job summary

BradenHealth is seeking a Materials Clerk at North Campbell Community Hospital in Jellico, TN to manage medical and office supplies and distribute them to departments to ensure smooth patient care. You will receive deliveries, maintain inventory levels, and coordinate with directors to forecast needs.

This is a non-essential position during severe weather and road conditions. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least one year of hospital or medically related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year experience in a hospital or medically related environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with department directors to assist with planning/forecasting the department’s needs.
• Maintains optimum inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries to meet department requirements.
• Ensures the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for patient care.
• Oversees the supply & delivery of materials.
• Unboxes deliveries/stocks departments with supplies.
• Receives Individual items in Purchase orders and stock.
• Checks in supplies in a timely manner.
• Has a cost-conscious attitude to time usage, materials and supplies.
• Performs duties with little or no supervision.
