Qualifications

• Line cook experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment.
• Knife handling and basic prep skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare station-specific items per recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Monitor storage, portion sizes, and stock/sauce prep.
• Maintain cleanliness to meet Health Department regulations.
• Ensure equipment is clean, sanitized, and operational.
• Uphold high standards of production and presentation.
• Follow recipe specifications for all food prep.
• Manage station setup, breakdown, and prep work.
