• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare station-specific food items according to recipes with consistency.
• Monitor storage, portions, stocks, and sauces; ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and operation; meet Health Dept. regs.
• Uphold high standards of food production and presentation.
• Assist with station setup, breakdown, and prep; follow specs.
