University of Michigan is seeking a Business Process Technology Analyst (BPTA) for Michigan Dining. You will support, maintain, and optimize dining tech across menu management, POS, meal plans, catering, and related platforms.

You will ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and secure operations while collaborating with culinary, nutrition, procurement, and IT teams. You will work onsite Monday-Friday with remote work on an as needed basis, reporting to the Assistant Director of Systems and

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1+ years of experience with software systems.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service.
• 1+ years of experience with data entry, reconciliation, sales reporting or user management in an application.

Responsabilidades

• Lead menu management platform configuration and workflows.
• Define data standards and naming conventions across locations.
• Coordinate with teams on recipes, nutrition, allergens, and procurement needs.
• Adjust system settings and implement workflows to meet operations.
• Implement price updates with culinary and procurement teams.
• Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with IT or vendors.
