Job summary

American Dining Creations is seeking a Dining Supervisor in Syracuse, NY to lead food-service operations and guest experiences. You will train staff, manage several food stations, and work hands-on in food prep, inventory, and service while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

The role requires 1–2 years of culinary or supervisory experience, familiarity with POS systems, and strong communication skills. A flexible schedule is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of culinary experience or supervisory/leadership in food service.
• Knowledge of food safety standards; ServSafe certification strongly recommended.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and coach support staff to ensure service excellence and standards.
• Oversee daily operations of multiple food stations (deli, pizza, grill).
• Work hands-on with the team in food prep, inventory, and cleanliness.
• Manage POS transactions, cash drawers, and related tasks accurately.
• Maintain café cleanliness and safety/ sanitation compliance.
• Engage guests and provide friendly, professional service.
