Job summary

American Dining Creations is seeking a Sous Chef to assist the Chef & Executive Chef in delivering daily culinary services. You will work with culinary staff to ensure recipes and safety standards are followed, and help manage kitchen operations in Liverpool, NY.

You will support food stations, catering events, and supervise BOH staff, while upholding quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in culinary arts or hospitality preferred.
• Three years experience in a similar culinary leadership role (retail, hotels, education dining) preferred.
• Experience planning and managing staff schedules, hiring, and staff development.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, catering, ordering and inventory systems.
• Knowledge of local and state food safety regulations.
• Able to lift to 50lbs, stand, walk, and bend daily.

Summary
