Job summary

Friendship Village Retirement Community is seeking a Skilled Care Dining Supervisor to lead the Wellspring dining team and enhance residents' dining experiences daily.

You will assist the Certified Dietary Manager with scheduling, coaching, and training, while ensuring the dining spaces stay stocked, clean, and compliant. A warm, collaborative approach and strong communication are essential to success.

• Experience coaching and developing dining teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dietary Manager in leading the Wellspring dining team.
• Create, post, and update staff work schedules and monitor coverage.
• Coach, train, and develop staff; resolve conflicts; support growth.
• Ensure kitchens and dining areas are stocked, clean, and compliant with regulations.
