Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Dining Supervisor to join our team at our locations in Ohio. The role emphasizes overseeing front end operations, managing cash procedures, and upholding safety and quality standards.

A strong customer service mindset and proven leadership are essential to success in this role. The ideal candidate has prior culinary/foodservice experience, excellent communication skills, and is adept at using Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in culinary/foodservice environment.
• Excellent customer service and clear written and verbal communication.
• Proven team leadership experience.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally; lift up to 15 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front end production.
• Follow opening procedures including opening and handling cash drawers.

• Communicate issues to management (customer, cleanliness, safety).
• Follow safety requirements at accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee front end production
• Follow opening procedures including opening and handling cash drawers
• Comply with all policies and procedures including but not limited to food and physical safety programs
• Communicate any issues of concern to management ie customer issues cleanliness safety concerns or security concerns
• Follow all safety requirements at accounts
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards
• Perform any other duties as specified by management

Requirements

• Previous culinaryfoodservice experience required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal
• Successful team leadership experience
• Moving bending stooping lifting and standing on a frequent basis
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently; lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary
