Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Dining Supervisor to lead front-end operations at our Battle Creek location. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring smooth opening procedures alongside the management team.

The ideal candidate has culinary/foodservice experience, strong communication skills, and proven leadership ability. This full-time position offers growth opportunities, ongoing training, and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Successful team leadership experience.
• Physical requirements including bending, stooping, lifting, and standing.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally; up to 15 pounds frequently.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.

Requirements

• Moving bending stooping lifting and standing on a frequent basis
