Garden of the Gods Resort and Club in Colorado Springs seeks a seasoned culinary supervisor to lead the kitchen team, coordinate daily prep, and ensure all menu items meet established standards. You will act as the MOD when leadership is absent and keep close collaboration between front of house and heart of house.

This role emphasizes maintaining cleanliness, equipment reliability, and consistent portion control, while coaching cooks to achieve performance standards.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced knowledge of culinary practices and techniques.
• Formal education: high school diploma or higher; culinary degree or ACF certification preferred.
• Valid Serve Safe Manager certification.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and coordinates production of food according to menu specifications.
• Assists chefs and cooks; covers all kitchen stations when needed.
• Ensures cleanliness and proper operation of equipment.
• Maintains portion controls, quality, and presentation.
• Prevents safety issues and adheres to guidelines.
