Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Current ServSafe Certification required; obtain/hold local licenses and certificates as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager with daily supervision of dining services associates.
• Ensure smooth opening/closing of the dining room and timely delivery of room service.
• Plan daily menus for residents following company standards.
• Hire, train, and discipline departmental staff per policy.
• Maintain a clean, pleasant dining environment and supervise staff in Manager's absence.
