Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Dining Services Supervisor to oversee daily dining operations and staff, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for residents and guests.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and ServSafe certification. You will collaborate with the Dining Services Director and may participate in budgeting and menu planning to meet residents' needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years related experience.
• One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• Current ServSafe Certification required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read/write English; good communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager with daily supervision of dining services associates.
• Ensure smooth opening/closing of dining room and timely room service.
• Maintain pleasant, clean dining environment; inspect work.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
• Plan daily menus and assist in staffing for each shift.
• Work with Manager to produce weekly schedules with budget guidelines.
• Greet and seat residents and guests; assist in resident billing of food services.
• Supervise staff in Manager's absence; support events.
