Job summary

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group, through its Parkhurst Dining brand, is seeking a Supervisor to join our team in Grove City, PA. You will supervise team members, uphold standards, and help ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced dining environment.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in food service with 4+ years in a supervisory role, a related degree preferred, strong math and scheduling skills, and the ability to coach staff using Smile Plus hospitality principles. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional experience with four or more years in a food service role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
• Supervisory and team management skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team members in their area of responsibility. Consults with management to make changes as needed to improve services.
• Follows established Parkhurst and client policies and procedures. Upholds standards.
• Communicates using Smile Plus skills and coaches team members on their use of the Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• May assist in purchasing foods and supplies.
• Maintains presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction levels and resolve problems. Communicates findings to management.
