Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Supervisor to join our team in Naperville. The role supports daily operations, supervises team members, and ensures service standards align with client and Parkhurst policies.

Schedule includes early morning shifts, typically 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a wage range of $18.00–$22.00 per hour based on experience. We offer growth opportunities, a values‑driven environment, and benefits including health and wellness coverage,

Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional experience with four or more years in a food service role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
• Supervisory and team management skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team members in their area of responsibility and consults with management to improve services.
• Upholds policies and procedures and maintains service standards.
• Coaches team members on Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• May assist in purchasing foods and supplies.
• Maintains presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction and report findings to management.
