Job summary

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a Supervisor for Parkhurst Dining in Grove City. You will lead a guest-focused team, ensure policy adherence, and apply Smile Plus hospitality principles to daily operations.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of professional experience with four or more years in a food service role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
• Supervisory and team management skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team members in their area of responsibility. Consults with management to improve services.
• Follows established Parkhurst and client policies and procedures. Upholds standards.
• Coaches team members on Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
