Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food service management preferred.
• Ability to supervise and direct Food Services personnel.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety in large-scale dining operations.
• Basic knowledge of PCs and food production software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall operation as manager directs.
• Plan, organize and direct Food Services personnel in food production and services.
• Hold regular production meetings with production staff.
• Assist in sanitation inspection program and related duties.
