Responsibilities

• Prepares and assembles food.
• Ensures safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Operates slicer, deep fryer, turbo chef, microwave, espresso machine and similar equipment.
• Serves prepared food to customers.
• Washes dishes, pots and pans; stacks dishes, glasses and silverware.
• Performs general cleaning and stocking.
• Empties waste receptacles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Description

To perform duties for the dining Unit that ensures a high quality product and excellent customer service. A variety of work duties will be assigned at different shifts to include the list below.

Work Performed

• Demonstrates excellent customer service at all times while working in a fast paced team environment.
• Under direction prepares and assembles food.
• With guidance ensures safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Under direction uses slicer, deep fryer, turbo chef, microwave, espresso machine and similar equipment.
• Serves prepared food to customers.
• Washes dishes, pots and pans. Stacks dishes, glasses and silverware.
• Preforms general cleaning and stocking.
• Empties waste receptacles.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
