Commonwealth Senior Living is seeking a Dining Services Associate to support the Dining Services Director in delivering a signature dining program for residents. The role emphasizes warm, responsive service and adherence to safety standards at the Front Royal community.

Qualifications include a Food Handlers Certification, food service experience, and ability to work varied shifts including weekends. The position offers walk-in engagement opportunities each Wednesday and a focus on resident

Qualificações

• Certification in the Food Handlers Course or equivalent.
• Previous experience in the food service industry.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Willingness and ability to learn new tasks.
• Must be available to work varied shifts and weekends.
• Ability to lift heavy objects; stand and walk short distances; tolerate kitchen heat.
• Must be free of communicable diseases.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents safely and hygienically.
• Follow Public Health Regulations and Sanitation Code guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and proper hand washing.
• Serve meals in a pleasant, respectful manner with residents in mind.
• Handle equipment safely and clean/ sanitize as required.
• Set dining tables, pour beverages, and clear dishes daily.
• Receive stock and store it according to procedures.
• Follow cleaning protocols when equipment is unavailable or during power outages.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Dining Services Director.
