Fooda is seeking a Dining Manager for a single-unit Fooda Dining Hall in Phoenix to lead day-to-day operations and deliver the Fooda service experience. You will manage setup, inventory, POS, and staff, ensuring high standards and profitability.

The role requires a strong customer-service mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in large food service or enterprise catering, aBachelor’s degree, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in addition to five to eight years of relevant experience.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to manage work independently.
• Experience in large food service or enterprise catering preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a single-unit location with multiple stations.
• Ensure Fooda service experience is consistently offered to all customers.
• Monitor setup, restock and breakdown of cafeteria daily and supervise POS operations.
• Recruit, schedule, and train hourly staff; manage inventory and ordering.
• Weekly accounting responsibilities and accurate entry into Fooda systems.
