Job summary

Fooda in Los Angeles is seeking a Dining Supervisor to lead daily operations of a single-unit Fooda Dining Hall, ensuring service excellence and adherence to sanitation standards.

You will recruit, train, and schedule hourly staff, manage inventory and POS updates, and oversee daily restaurant setup and teardown, with a focus on efficient, profitable operations. A Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years of relevant experience are preferred.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations of a single-unit location with multiple stations.
• Ensure consistent service experience and sanitation standards.
• Monitor setup, restock, and breakdown of cafeteria daily.
• Inventory management and ordering of food and beverages.
• Roster, train, and manage hourly staff.
• Complete weekly accounting and POS updates.
• Escalate issues to Director when needed.
