Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of progressive restaurant or related experience in healthcare, catering, or hospitality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise the daily operations of dining rooms and restaurants to ensure residents and guests have a pleasant dining experience.
• Collaborate with other department managers and hold regular department meetings to drive staff engagement and retention.
• Be on the floor during meal service to oversee service standards and adherence to policies.
