Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise daily dining room and restaurant operations to ensure staff provide residents and guests with a pleasant dining experience.
• Enforce policies including appearance, attendance and punctuality, service standards, and completion of duties.
• Hold regular department meetings and drive employee engagement and retention.
• Be on the floor during meal service.
