Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Restaurant Manager to supervise daily dining operations across our dining rooms and restaurants, ensuring residents and guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience.

The role requires on-floor presence during meal service, leadership of staff, adherence to policies, and collaboration with other department managers. We offer strong benefits including Next day pay and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years' progressive responsibility in a full-service restaurant, catering, healthcare, country club/hotel, or cruise line environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise the daily operations of the dining rooms and restaurants to ensure staff provide residents and guests with a pleasant dining experience.
• Work in conjunction with other department managers.
• Enforce all policies including, but not limited to employee appearance, attendance and punctuality, service standards, and completion of job duties.
• Holds regular department meetings and drives employee engagement and retention.
• This position requires the manager to be on the floor during meal service.
