Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead the front of the house in a dining operation (Cafeteria/ Residential Dining Facility). The role involves executing dining solutions, supervising production and ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, driving productivity, maintaining P&L integrity, and coordinating with the Food Service Director to deliver a finished product that meets client expectations.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to maintain client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial relationships.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front of the house of the dining operation and work with the Food Service Director.
• Develop and implement dining solutions to meet customer needs and tastes.
• Oversee and manage dining operations with a focus on safety, sanitation and quality.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress to the client.
• Ensure P&L statements are completed and financial targets are met.
• Drive productivity through cost controls and labor initiatives.
• Coordinate training so the team can implement standards consistently.
