Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the front of the house of the dining operation in conjunction with the Food Service Director.
• Plan, directs, and coordinates food service activities to deliver a finished product.
• Identify client needs and communicate progress; maintain P&L statements.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and compliance with policies and regulations.
