Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead dining solutions and oversee operations where customers order prepared foods from a menu. This role centers on coaching teams, ensuring safety and sanitation, and delivering consistent, high-quality service.

You will manage client relationships, monitor P&L performance, apply Aramark processes to improve margins, and train staff to uphold standards while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a role requiring leadership or supervision.
• Experience in management role preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Engage and develop team members using Aramark's coaching model.
• Reward and recognize employees and ensure performance meets objectives.
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress.
• Ensure completion and maintenance of P&L statements and meet financial targets.
• Adopt Aramark processes to understand performance metrics and improve margins.
• Lead front-of-house dining operations in conjunction with the Food Service Director.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment and comply with safety regulations.
