Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager for a secure correctional facility in Oklahoma. You will supervise staff and incarcerated workers, ensure compliant, nutritious meals, and manage costs and inventory while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include leading daily briefings, maintaining relationships with the client, and driving operational excellence. The role requires leadership in a high-security environment and a focus on quality service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members using Aramark coaching model.
• Identify client needs and communicate operation progress.
• Maintain P&L statements and meet financial targets.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and compliance across operations.
• Oversee front-of-house dining and daily planning.
• Coordinate with Food Service Director on dining operations.
