Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and coordinates dining services across locations.
• Develops standards for organization and supervision of dining services.
• Controls food costs and menus within budget; may prepare meals.
• Oversees food preparation and sanitation according to procedures.
• Trains and directs dining staff; delegates tasks effectively.
• Manages department budget and cost control systems.
• Provides nutrition education and counseling for residents.
