Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to direct dining operations at our kitchen and cafeteria sites in Butler, PA. You will lead a team, uphold safety standards, optimize service, and ensure client satisfaction through effective food preparation and staffing decisions.

You will manage daily operations, monitor P&L performance, and implement Aramark’s service model to deliver consistent, high-quality food and guest experiences while fostering teamwork and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience
• Requires at least 1 year of experience in a management role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model
• Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with other departments to a unified food service experience for all customers
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members via coaching and recognition; ensure performance meets objectives
• Plan and lead daily team briefings; ensure safety and sanitation standards are met
• Identify client needs and communicate progress; deliver client expectations
• Deliver P&L statements and financial targets; monitor margins and costs
• Bring value through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
• Supervise production, quality, and control in dining operations
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment; comply with safety and wage/hour policies
• Lead front-of-house dining operations and coordinate with Food Service Director
