Atria Senior Living is seeking a Kitchen and Dining Services Leader to manage day-to-day operations in our community. You will supervise culinary staff, schedule, review performance, hire, and ensure service excellence aligned with company standards.

You will work closely with the Executive Director and staff to maintain budget, menu planning, and resident-focused dining experiences that meet health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years Culinary Experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Must possess valid driver's license and comply with company vehicle policy.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations and staffing for kitchen and dining venues.
• Supervise Culinary Services staff: scheduling, performance reviews, hiring and corrective action.
• Ensure high resident satisfaction by coordinating with residents, families and management.
• Collaborate with restaurant manager to deliver high levels of service and a restaurant-style dining experience.
• Maintain clean, safe and compliant operations per health codes and company standards.
