Westminster St. Augustine is a Life Plan Community in Saint Augustine, FL, seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services to lead the dining program for residents, staff and guests. This full-time role supports the Dining Services Director and may act as interim director when needed.

The position emphasizes planning, coordination, sanitation, staff development and ensuring quality dining across all dining areas. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Education: Certified Dietary Manager or College Degree in related subject required.
• 5 years of similar experience in a high volume, hospitality oriented environment.
• Must be ServSafe certified or able to become certified within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff and organize the department to meet daily dietary needs.
• Oversee equipment operation and preventive maintenance.
• Train staff and maintain ServSafe compliance.
• Supervise purchasing and inventories.
• Implement sanitation guidelines for all dining venues.
• Oversee daily dining service meals to ensure quality resident experience.
