Job summary

Westminster St. Augustine, a Life Care Retirement Community, is seeking a part-time Server to join its Dining Services Team. You will provide exemplary dining experiences for residents and guests, perform table service, deliver meals, and help keep service areas clean and stocked.

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; English literacy required. Florida Safe Staff certification is required or obtainable within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent desirable.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; follow written and oral directions.
• Ability to perform basic math; basic knife handling.
• Excellent customer service and food service knowledge in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform table service to residents and guests per established standards.
• Deliver meals and provide friendly, professional service.
• Assist with cleaning and stocking of service areas.
• Wash dishes and prepare items for the next meal period.
• Maintain temperature and sanitation logs as required.
