Job summary

Westminster St. Augustine, part of Westminster Communities of Florida, seeks an Assistant Director of Dining Services to lead and coordinate a high-volume dining program for residents, staff and guests in a Life Plan Community.

The role requires a Certified Dietary Manager or related degree, ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days, and at least 5 years of supervisory dining leadership in hospitality. This position offers competitive benefits and a path to growth.

Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager or college degree in related subject required.
• Minimum 5 years of similar high-volume dining/food service leadership.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff and organize the dept to meet daily dietary needs.
• Ensures proper equipment operation and preventive maintenance.
• Schedule training and In-service compliance (5 Star Server training and ServSafe certification).
• Supervises purchasing functions and inventories.
• Implement, oversee and document sanitation guidelines for all dining services venues.
• Oversee daily dining service meals to ensure an overall quality resident experience.
