Job summary

Westminster Communities of Florida is a national leader in senior living, offering a wide range of services and programs. The Assistant Director of Dining Services will support the Dining Services Director, help plan and coordinate dining for residents, staff and guests, and oversee all dining venues within the community.

The role requires 5+ years in high-volume hospitality, ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and a Certified Dietary Manager or college degree.

Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager or College Degree required.
• 5 years of similar experience in high-volume hospitality environment.
• Must be ServSafe certified or able to become certified within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dining Services Director in planning and coordinating the quality dining program for residents, staff and guests.
• Oversee services component of dining program in all dining areas.
• May serve as interim Dining Service Director if the current director is absent or position vacant.
