Job summary

Westminster St. Augustine is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services to support the Dining Services Director in planning and implementing a high-quality dining program for residents, staff and guests. The role oversees dining areas and may act as interim director as needed.

Qualifications

• Certified Dietary Manager or college degree required.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience in high-volume hospitality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff and organize the dept to meet daily dietary needs.
• Oversee equipment operation and preventive maintenance.
• Plan training and in-service compliance (e.g., 5 Star Server, ServSafe).
• Supervise purchasing functions and inventories.
• Implement sanitation guidelines for all dining venues.
• Oversee daily dining service meals to ensure resident experience.
