Job summary

Westminster St. Augustine seeks an Assistant Director of Dining Services to assist the Dining Services Director in planning, coordinating, and implementing a high-quality dining program for residents, staff, and guests.

The role oversees dining services across all venues and may serve as interim Director as needed. Qualified candidates will have a Certified Dietary Manager credential or related degree, at least five years in a high-volume hospitality setting, and ServSafe certification or

Qualifications

• Education: Certified Dietary Manager or College Degree in related subject required.
• 5 years of similar experience in a high-volume, hospitality-oriented and customer-service focused environment.
• Must be ServSafe certified or able to certify within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff and organize the dining department to meet daily dietary needs.
• Oversee equipment operation and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate training and in-service programs (e.g., 5 Star Server, ServSafe).
• Supervise purchasing functions and inventories.
• Implement and document sanitation guidelines for all dining venues.
