Qualifications

• Experience in retail operational foodservice management
• P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience desirable

• Knowledge of financial, budgeting, accounting practices
• Proficient in food safety and sanitation standards

Responsibilities

• Being part of the Company Management team to drive the operation and cost-effective management across multiple dining service departments
• Ensure timeliness for service and client timelines
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting and analysis
• Lead management meetings and coordinate with associates, peers, managers, suppliers and clients
• Hire, train and orient new management staff
• Audit units for conformance with company, government and accrediting standards
